Ben works crazy hard on every case he takes -no matter how big or small. He’s by far one of -if not the most formidable & knowledgeable attorneys in SC. Truly one of a kind. Ben didn’t just “break the mold. ” He instead represented it in court. Ben is a "legal weapon", one that no client would ever want to be without or to ever go up against. I’ve known Benjamin McClain since 1997. He was my official attorney for a very serious case that he won in my favor. It was hands down better than any outcome I could’ve ever wished for. Life saving & life changing as well. I’ve since referred Ben’s legal genius to several of my own friends & also to professional associates of mine. Those referrals involved both family & criminal law cases. All of them were very satisfied with Ben’s determined legal drive & his serious commitment towards winning each of their cases. Message: I worked for Mr McClain and now he handles all my family's affairs. I was at his office last week and there is no smell of anything and never was in the years that I worked for him. If you want a man that can be firm. Even ruthless if need be. And yes there's times people need just that. Then I highly recommend you consult Ben. On top of being a wonderful lawyer, he is highly intelligent, law or no law.
