Message: 1st let me get the architecture out of the way. Love main beam and supports from the original mixed with new. Now on to the business. Staff was awesome to work with it's nice when people know their job very well. It makes the whole process go smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups one caused by seller and the other by another company send money to wrong place. The staff just rolled with it and did what needed to be done. Got seller working on fixing her issue and we just kept plugging along with all we had to do. They told us that it could take a couple of hours to get the transfer back to the starting bank then resent to us. So they said go have lunch and it should be done by then. They were spot on we were just leaving to head back over and they called said it was all good. We got there and our paperwork was in a envelope waiting. This is the kind of service that we had. So again the staff did an excellent job and got it done.
